Stefan Tomovic
Stefan Tomovic grew up playing hockey in Central Minnesota, where he competed at the varsity level for five years. Following high school, he attended the University of North Dakota, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Space Studies.
In January 2020, Stefan relocated to Florida to pursue his lifelong goal of working at NASA. He currently serves as the Head Coach for the 16U-A Space Coast Rockets and has been a dedicated member of the organization for the past two years. In addition, he coached the 10U Chupacabras during the spring of 2025.
Stefan’s vision for the academy extends beyond athletic performance. His goal is to cultivate not only high-caliber hockey players but also well-rounded individuals equipped with the mindset, discipline, and character to excel both on and off the ice.
Dan Rohanna
Lead Player Development
Franchise operator, business coach, and fitness entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience driving growth through multi-unit operations, P&L management, and sales leadership. I combine hands-on franchise ownership with a lifelong passion for fitness and wellness to help people and businesses perform at their best. My background spans QSR franchise ownership, multi-unit financial management, and coaching, combined with a lifelong commitment to fitness and wellness. As a Franchise Owner / Operator, I’ve held full P&L responsibility, led staffing and compliance, and delivered results through KPI analysis, marketing, and labor optimization. I’ve also acquired and successfully transferred franchise rights (Wetzel’s Pretzels, Everbowl, Rumble Boxing), gaining hands-on experience in the full franchise lifecycle — from site selection and territory development to exit strategy. Earlier in my career, I managed multi-unit operations across two bank branches, where I coached and developed staff to turn underperforming locations into district leaders. I also bring a strong foundation in sales and client relationship-building, having ranked nationally at Johnson & Johnson and Sciele Pharma. Through Stay Strong Athletix LLC, I’ve coached clients, published with Nike and Men’s Health, and inspired others as both a trainer and a former professional hockey player. That same passion for health and performance drives how I coach franchisees to achieve their goals.
